(1)Remote Sensing Satellite

 

In terms of satellite R&D, in accordance with the judgment of satellite technology development trend and commercial development mode, the core technical team has broken through the traditional design concept and adopted the technical route of "satellite platform and load integration". After four times of progress in ten years, the weight of the satellite has been reduced to 20kg from 400kg of the initial generation.

At present, SpaceNavi has an annual output of more than 200 satellites, and has achieved self-developed mass production of core single machines, including magnetic torquer, magnetometer, central computer, star sensor and imaging processing box, etc., and gradually formed a whole industrial chain cluster with satellite R&D and production as the core.

(2)Communication Satellite

 

With the mature technical foundation in satellite R&D, since 2019, SpaceNavi has undertaken and successfully completed a number of national communication satellite R&D tasks. At present, SpaceNavi has become an important supplier of China Satellite Network in communication satellite R&D. Now, CGSTL is actively planning to build a communication satellite production line. So far, it has initially developed an annual R&D capability of 100 communication satellites.

 

In addition, SpaceNavi has completed the R&D of satellite-to-ground laser terminal, inter-satellite laser terminal and ground laser station, completed the whole process test of satellite-to-ground and inter-satellite 100Gbps laser data transmission, and established a space high-speed laser data transmission network test system.

 

(3)Satellite Constellation Management

 

SpaceNavi has built an automatic digital satellite constellation operation control system, realizing automatic satellite operation, requirement, data production interface and distribution, and has the comprehensive ability of telecontrol telemetry and satellite operation. Image data of newly 10 million square kilometers can be obtained every day, and daily imaging tasks of 1,700 times can be completed. The dispatching time less than 1 minute, the daily digital transmission tasks can be 300 circles. In a day, any place in the world can be visited for 37-39 times a day, and SpaceNavi has the ability to cover the whole world 6 times in a year and cover whole China every half month.

(4)Data Product

 

Relying on "Jilin-1" satellite constellation, SpaceNavi has gradually established a mature product system: The first is basic data product of 6 categories, including panchromatic data, multispectral data, nighttime light data, video data, spatial target data and DSM data; The second is thematic product of 9 categories in the fields of agriculture and forestry production, environmental monitoring and intelligent city, etc.; The third is platform product of 20 categories, including data access system, earth remote sensing emergency service system and remote sensing monitoring and supervision, etc. SpaceNavi is committed to "serving 7 billion people in the world with remote integrated space-air-ground sensing information products", and has successively provided more than 1 million high-quality remote sensing information services to users in more than 70 countries.

Production Conditions

 

(1)Optical Processing Area

 

The total area of the optical processing area is 10000m2. This area is capable of undertaking the mass production of high-precision optical components, and has the ability to process optical components made of glass ceramics and silicon carbide, etc. from coarse to fine, as well as corresponding detection.

 

(2)Camera Assembly And Adjustment Area

 

The total area of the camera assembly and adjustment area is 1,800m2. Here, re-test of camera optical components before assembly and adjustment, optical assembly, commissioning and testing of camera system are conducted. This area has the capacity of small batch production of small and medium-sized optical cameras.

 

(3)Satellite Final Assembly Area

 

The total area of the satellite final assembly area is 4,500m2. This area is capable of meeting the requirements of mass final assembly of satellites.

 

(4)Satellite Test Area

 

The total area of the satellite test area is 560m2. Here, single machine test, system test, whole satellite desktop combination test and model flight test can be conducted. This area is capable of testing more than 10 satellites synchronously.

 

(5)Camera Radiometric Calibration Area

 

The area of the camera radiometric calibration area is 500m2. Here, radiometric calibration tasks of aerospace camera and rest and screening of relevant focal plane detector chips can be conducted.

 

(6)Environmental Test Area

 

The total area of environmental test area is 10,000m2, Environmental tests, including vibration test, modal test, atmospheric thermal cycle test, vacuum thermal cycle test, thermal balance test, thermo-optical test, noise test, strain test and micro-vibration test, etc. during the development of satellites and components can be conducted.
